MT’s Thunder 4 SV helmet comes as the first helmet with an inner shell that meets ECE 22.06 regulations and exceeds the most demanding safety standards. It is a sport-touring helmet that incorporates the revolutionary new MT-QVSS quick-change gel system.
MT-QVSS / Gel Quick Change System
A system designed in-house by the engineering team at MT Helmets and which first comes to market with the Thunder 4 SV, the first helmet to feature this technology.
This system, patented by MT Helmets, allows the rider to attach/detach the gel quickly and conveniently without having to remove the helmet.
Ecological consequence
MT Helmets has redefined its designs keeping in mind the principles of environmental awareness. To reduce the impact on the environment, we sought to increase the life of the helmet with removable elements that can be easily replaced if necessary, either because they are broken or because they need to be renewed.
Sun protection (MT-ESP)
The engineering team at MT Helmets has developed a folding gel visor system that offers extended protection, preventing distortion due to changing lighting conditions. It has a mechanism that can be used quickly and comfortably with one hand. It is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.
MT-MDTC Secure clasp
Redesigned micrometric retention system to always be secured and secured. The engineering department at MT Helmets developed this system to ensure that the buckle locks in at least two places, ensuring that the system is secure.
Emergency release system
Quick release system for the side pads to remove the helmet in the event of an accident.
